Hello, I’m Anna Alfut — originally from Poland I moved to the UK in 2009. I live in London with my husband and our two sons.
I’ve been a product designer for over 15 years. Working in User Experience (UX) at companies of all sizes — launching V1s, refining established solutions and leading design. I love helping teams shape their ideas through design thinking. I've always been drawn to both expressive and analytical ways of thinking. That duality has shaped my path.
Companies I worked for:

My background is in the arts, and I hold two Master’s degrees: an MA in Multimedia and Media Arts from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, Poland (2008), and an MA in Computational Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London (2023). You can see my visual work on my personal site: alfutka.com
I began my interaction design journey in 2009, while working on the brand team at Symbian Foundation—a mobile OS company. I became fascinated by the strategic side of UX: planning user journeys, shaping structure, and thinking through how people interact with technology. Since then, I’ve focused on deepening my expertise in the field of Product Design. And I’ve always kept drawing close as a personal and creative outlet.
Over time, I began integrating illustration into my design practice—not to express product branding, but to develop my voice, communicate, think through ideas, experiment with new techniques, and facilitate group work. I started UXdrawer to share this blend of skills in support of creative process and collaboration.
- to share/to organise? something more about giving it a shape a form as a consultancy, personal brand so to speak,
- get work through it but also share in case other designers might want to use similar approach, something about IC and maturing in design practice
